List of processors for QELA
Last update: 16 June, 2025р.
Intro
QELA must have a valid legal ground for processing or transferring users’ personal data to third-party processors («Processors») to be compliant with privacy legislation.
Under Article 28 of the General Data Protection Regulation, a processor’s processing of personal data shall be governed by a contract with documented instructions from the controller («Data Processing Document”).
The list of the current QELA’s Processors, which we provide below, helps you to prove your data protection and privacy regulatory compliance if any regulatory authority or users request so.
In case QELA cooperates with any new service providers and provides users’ personal data to them, you shall add them to this list and ensure that there are Data Processing Documents for such processing, or you can contact us. We will do our best to help you with this matter.
