Referral rewards

Your supporters can invite their friends to join your community in exchange for extra Vote Weight and Talent points. In this menu, you can manage the number of points users receive for referrals. The default setting is +1 Vote Weight point (and +1 Recruitment point?) for each referred person. Users receive their bonus points once the new user they have invited verifies their email.
