Billing

The trial period of using Qela lasts 30 days and begins on the day the client registers in the system. After 30 days, a client will receive a notification in their admin panel stating that the trial period has ended.

Then a client can choose one of the three available tariff plans:

  • Free (Free) - up to 100 users
  • 101-1000 users
  • 1001-2500 users
  • >2500 users

Payment is automatically charged according to the selected tariff plan after one month of use if the client's account has sufficient funds.

Example: a client chose their tariff on 03/20/2024. They will be charged for the first time on 04/20/2024.

If the number of users in the client's organization exceeds the chosen tariff during use, he will receive a notification about the change in the tariff plan, with information about the next debit date and the current account status.

If, for some reason, the payment has not gone through, we notify the client about this and also provide a three-day credit period to use Qela. At the same time, the next payment date does not change.

Example: the client chose the tariff on 03/20/2024, but due to a failure of the banking system, the money did not reach Qela’s account on 03/20/2024. In this case, the client will receive a notification that they have entered a three-day credit period. Then, if during these three days, Qela receives the client's money, the next debit day will still be 20.05.2024 according to previous agreements.

If the client has not paid the tariff by the end of the credit period, the administrator's panel switches to the "Read Only" mode. What does it mean? The "Read Only" mode is a service limitation in case of late payment. In this mode, the client and its administrators lose the ability to create new content for their organization — namely, to create and publish news, polls, and quests. It also becomes impossible to verify the results of quests, and new users and make decisions about votes. When payment according to the selected tariff proceeds, this mode is automatically disabled.
